About a month ago my stove wasn't igniting. I called up Jen Electric and they were very nice and set me up for an appointment three days later(it was a Wednesday), which was great because GE said they wouldn't be able to come out until the following Thursday!!! They told me that the diagnosis price was $75 which was another great thing, because GE said it was $125 for a diagnosis. Overall it was a great experience they ordered my part, called me up when the part came in, scheduled my appointment the day after my part came in and everything seemed to work out well! The manager John, was very kind and reasonable... he explained the whole process to me on the phone and like I said everything worked out well and I ended up saving big bucks!!!!

I don't even want to give them a star but I had to because system won't let me post this review. Their service is bad, bad, bad and bad. We scheduled to repair my wall Friedrich A/C and I was waiting for the guy, of course I couldn't go to work.... I called him if he is going to be on time but he said I am way behind of schedule and asked me if I can wait 2 more hours but I couldn't. I had to go back to work so we re-scheduled to next day. Next day, early in the morning, they called me and said we are too busy we can't come to repair your A/C so if you want to repair your A/C, wait 3 more weeks. If you are looking to repair your A/C, find another one, not this one. I DO NOT recommend this company!!!!!
