Everything is fresh and delicious. Love the homemade sausage and braciole. Made to order roasts or pretty much anything you could want. So lucky to have a great butcher nearby.

Have been going to Charlie & Sal for the past year there service is great. But best of all are there products the veal is amazing (the best I've ever had), all there steaks are Black Angus dry aged and I have tried all ther varieties and they all melt in your mouth. The Italian specialties that they make are to die for(ex. sausages, stignioli and brasciole). They also have great homemade chicken burgers and anything you can think of for BBQ for the summer. You MUST try them, you'll be hooked after the first time.
