Absolutely appalling "customer service". I called this morning at 11am to make arrangements to pick up my car that was towed there the night before. Norm, I presume, broke out is nasty attitude right from the get-go saying "well I was there until 10 I'm not there now". I asked him if there was any way I could pick up my car today and pay him for the tow and he said he would call me back. the only positive thing about this transaction is that Norm did call me back in a timely manner but still treated me, his customer, as if I murdered his puppy, charged me $30 extra for him to go to his OWN business and accept my $95 for towing my car around the corner and leaving it there for 10 hours. And proceeded to act like he was doing me some kind of favor.

Absolutely the worst treatment i have received from any business. I bega taking my cars the re a little over two years ago. Things started off good. I am not sure what happened, but as of yesterday i called to schedule a state inspection, and after saying what i was calling for was abruptly hung up on. Thinking it might have been a mistake i called back, same thing. Save yourself the guessing games about what type of person you are goiing to get on the phone, take your car somewhere else.
