Varsity Motors has been great to me and my son. We have older cars that are constantly in need of repairs.Tom has worked with us to keep our vehicles on the road and he really tries to keep the costs down while using reliable parts. I honestly don't know what we would do without him.

I would like to thank the owner for coming out around 8am to unlock my car door. I was at the Speedway in Waterville getting gas. When I started to get back into the car I found out-to my discussed-that the doors were locked. My wallet was setting on the front seat-with THEYT a spare car key in it, the keys were on the front seat along with my phone. I went in to Speedway to call the police to see if they come out to unlock car doors. THEY DO NOT. So I call the road asst. I have with my Kia. But that expired. They were going to charge me $65 to come out. But when they found out I could not use my credit card right now, they were going to give me the name & # of the driver. I said forget it-I'll call someone else. I did & I am glad. The owner came out as soon as he could & did a good job. When asked how much-he said no charge. You could have knocked me over with a feather. I was really impressed. A small bus.not charging. But a lg bus. wanting 2 squeeze every penny.

fortunately I haven't had much in the way of breakdowns on my Toyota Prius, but when something goes wrong, Tom is one of the few in the area willing to work on it. Even changing the oil on a Prius can be a delicate matter, and Tom is one of the few mechanics outside a dealership willing to work on it. He has been able to fix several problems as they arose and my car loves his oil changes.

Came in with a difficult repair on my VW and found out that it would be a week before the parts would come in. I was in a jam without my car so they actually loaned me a car free of charge for several days. The final price was actually a little cheaper than what they originally quoted me. My car runs fantastic - couldn't be happier. Thanks much!!!!!!

This guys are so honest! I called for phone estimate after getting an original estimate of $1800 from another place that inspected my car. Varsity Motors was a little cheaper so I took it in. After they inspected my car, they found that some of the proposed work was not really necessary - saved me a total of almost $900. They could have just fixed what I thought was wrong, but did the right thing - told the truth

I've used Varsity Motors for about 10 vehicle repairs in the last five years or so. Between my mother, my wife and myself ...we couldn't be more pleased by the service that we have received. a++ in our book!

I've used Varsity Motors now several times. Tom is great. He is extremely customer-oriented. The work has always been top notch. He has handled urgent repairs twice with same-day service. I like that they are open until 8 p.m. which is very convenient. Where other repair facilities make you feel like it's a privilege to get them to do work for you, Tom and Varsity is the opposite--he always makes you feel as if he is thrilled to have you as a customer. And, another bonus--his pricing is very reasonable.
