Located in Whitehall, Wis., Whitehall Specialties is a manufacturer of cheese substitutes, non-dairy alternatives, process and hard grating cheeses and all types of blends. Whitehall has expanded from one plant with 25 employees to two manufacturing plants with nearly 200 employees. It has a recently updated on-site laboratory and has just added a second, state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located in Hillsboro, Wis.
