I recently had my teeth cleaned, two fillings, and a crown installed by Dr. Daniels. The cleaning was incomplete. I was overcharged for a partially duplicated complete set of xrays. I received a refund, presumably for the duplicates, per my request. A temporary crown, installed by a tech in his Eureka office, fell off. Reinstalled by a tech in Whitefish office. It stayed put. The permanent crown had to be returned to have material added. Dr. Daniels installed a second temporay crown which fell off the next day. Was billed 30 days before the crown was installed, and for an incorrect amount. Amount was adjusted per my request. Crown was sucessfully installed. I'm looking for another dentist.
