My wife and I lived there at 5843 Shadydell Dr for over 2 years ... the management is superior ... maintenance was terrific ... overall the experience was great ... when we return from Houston we will likely move back to one of their townhomes if one is available ... James & Sylvia

The price is the most affordable my family and I found in the metroplex. The units are older, and not the prettiest on the inside, but for 650 a month for a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, with covered parking they are not bad. We have been here over a year and have enjoyed living here. For the most part residents stick around and are friendly people. Maintenance and management take care of complaints promptly. The largest complaint we have is the street in front. Cars fly down it all hours of the night. Our kids play in the back, which is the norm for the complex. This is a good place to live for quite singles, older folks, and people with kids who want to get ahead financially.

Older buildings, probably built in the late 70's early 80's. Not really worth the price. No real lawn service it is a quickie mow and weedeat type of service. Inside of units appear to be falling apart, really need some major repairs to floors, stairs, railings, bathrooms, kitchen, leaky plumbing, walls have been repaired with some kind of putty substance and painted over, several layers of paint. These units need a major overhaul. Not a good long term solution, only good for a temporary stay. First impression was they were Section 8 housing, but they aren't. Street noise is high, Shadydell Drive is a main drag at all hours, lots of police, fire and ambulance activity, teenagers roaming up and and down the street at all hours. Not really a quiet place to live. Lake Worth High School not really noisy, just very bright lights. I
