The building is poorly maintained and maintenance goes up every year. Complaints are ignored and things are not fixed. One person runs the whole show so if he does not like you, you are not helped. Safety is a low priority but we have a flag pole. Lights are being turned off and bulbs are taken out (garage, laundry rooms, lobby during the day) but we still have Christmas lights going 24/7 and it is Jan 5. Batteries in fire detectors need replacing and beep till they go dead. Noise and leaking damage in units is largely ignored. People have had to complain to city to get things corrected. Feral Cats being sheltered with food left out in back of building which attracts vermin and pigeons. Great location and a shame that things have been neglected.
