i.e., A local favoBought an appliance from them. It broke while under warranty. They scheduled someone to come out, but couldnt get anyone out for 2 weeks. Then he shows up 2 hours late, and says that they didnt schedule him properly and that he will have to come back with a 2nd tech in another 2 weeks at the soonest. After waiting on hold for 25 minutes, then being transfered 3 times, I got no where other than realizing that Sears customer service is terrible, and their tech / warranty dept. is useless. Oh, and the simple fact that I will NEVER do business with Sears again. I really mean never. So redicilous... rite, or highly recommended because

I went to this Sears in Kingsville, TX two months and it was a sad experience. When I arrived there were two sales ladies sitting around what look like the cashier box and neither of them bothered to get up to assist me. I had to go ask them about a certain price, if it was in stock, how much delivery, etc. They still did not get up but looked at each other and began guessing information. They apparently did not want the business or the sale. The store itself was dirty. There was a nice long dining table towards the front of the store that had leftover food scattered around one end. They must have just finished lunch and didn't bother to clean up after themselves. What kind of people does Sears employ?!

BEWARE of sears sub contractors, A&E repairman was rude and unprofessional, sears allowed them to disassemble my ac unit and then refused to complete the repair, rather than send a professional repairman, sears chose cancel my extended service contract and leave me with a pile of parts and no ac in 100 degree heat, way to go sears NEVER AGAIN

When u purchase an appliance at sears Heber Springs store the delivery charge in town is $75. Come on don't u think that is a bit much, more like gouging. However u can drive to conway and purchase your appliance from Home Depot guess what no delivery charge they will even finance it for u and give u 6 months to pay with no interest. Sears listen and learn. Iwould say 0 rating

Had an appointment scheduled for June 3rd between 1-5pm. Service Tech never showed up or called. I called to find out the problem around 5:30. I was told he would call when he was on his way. Never happened. I called back at 7:30. I was told they were over booked and would have to reschedule. She said the next available appointment was June 13th. I asked why I wouldn't be next in line since they didn't show up or call. She told me that's just how it works. I explained that we were leaving on vacation in 2 days. She offered no help and said "have a good trip." Will Not Be Using Sears Again"
Four hours after receiving an email to confirm my service appointment, I call the contact number to check on arrival time of the technician and was told the technician was sick today and no one else was available. The agent wanted to move my Wednesday appointment to Monday. I received no information even though I had fully documented my contact info of phone #, e-mail, cell phone. I rate it as a very poor customer service system of scheduling.
After taking a vacation day and rearranging my flight schedule to conform to a date and time proposed by the company the service tech never called and didn't show up. Their ultimate solution is to tell me "we're sorry when can we reschedule your appointment." My service was between 1 and 5PM so at 3:30 I called with concern that I'd not got a call. I was told I would get a call in 20-30 minutes, which never happened. I called back at 4 and was told I would get a call in 20-30 minutes which never happened. called at 4:30 and was told that someone called in sick (because that's my problem) I called back at 5 and was told the tech would be there by 6 which never happened and after 5 the only response I could get from anyone was about how sorry they are and they they could help me reschedule. I've already paid for the service and trusted there schedule the first time which is my mistake. Please don't allow this to happen to you.

Called to obtain a price for a home visit to diagnose a problem with my over. After providing information to the computer I was connected with the "call center" which ounded as if it must be in India. I requested the price for the home visit and was requested to provide personnel information before the clerk would even begin to discuss my question. This is not and airline reservation or a question involving national security. I went elsewhere.
