  Our elder law attorneys represent clients on all aspects of contested and uncontested guardianships in all New York State Trial and Appellate Courts and in Surrogate’s Court. Mr. Beane is a pro bono advocate in the Southern District of New York’s pro se litigation program for labor and employment matters.

He joins the firm with several years of experience in municipal litigation, environmental and land use law. Mr. Zitt has represented municipalities across the lower Hudson Valley region, including Village and Town Boards, as well as their respective zoning and planning boards. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Special Victims Unit of the Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County. Mr. Zitt received his B.A. from Fordham University and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
