NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center is a Planetree Designated Patient-Centered Hospital the first behavioral health hospital in the U.S. to receive this distinction. Located about 25 miles north of midtown Manhattan, NewYork-Presbyterian/Westchester has 270 inpatient beds, and extensive outpatient, partial hospital, and day treatment programs. Leading psychiatrists and mental health professionals in the field provide a full continuum of psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Highly specialized services are available for the full range of psychiatric illnesses, including personality disorders, eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and psychotic disorders.
