The focus of my law practice is to solve difficult problems and to do so efficiently and cost-effectively. I am known for identifying the core issues and driving for practical solutions to limit the expenses and keep my clients out of court, if possible. When courtroom litigation cannot be avoided, I am a veteran trial lawyer who has tried complex, high-profile and precedent-setting cases in state and federal courts, and successfully argued appeals in both the Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals.
