I just want to take a few minutes to say how grateful I was to use Ballard-Durand. Matt and all of his staff were professional, courteous, and very sympathetic during a difficult time. I used them for both my mother and grandmother. Honestly, they both looked their best when I had to say good bye. I would recommend Ballard to anyone.
