Very nice day spa. I would not have realized that Balance Day Spa exsisted, had I not stumbled across the rave online reviews...it is located on the third floor of a medical office building on Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains, NY. I was able to park for FREE in the back, which is nice for White Plains. The space itself is beatiful...very warm and inviting. The owner, Allison, made me feel very comfortable; she was knowledgeable, professional, and warm. I came in for a facial. I was VERY impressed with Allison's work...her attention to detail was AMAZING, and her massage was HEAVENLY. I also had my eyebrows shaped...they have NEVER looked better! I am really glad that I listened to all of the reviews, because Balance Day Spa gave me a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I will be reccomending others and I will definitely be back!

Balance Day Spa is fantastic! This spa is located right in the center of White Plains and it has FREE Parking, so it is very convenient to get to. The spa itself is warm and inviting...very french country (very pretty and very comfortable). The owner, Allison, is also the esthetician. She is a very pleasant person, and she makes you feel as if you are a guest in her home. I have been here several times now and each time I leave with a glowing complexion. Different specials are run each month, which is nice...I always check the website. This month I took advantage of getting a waxing for 50% off along with my one-hour facial. The waxing was EXCELLENT! I had intended on having a bikini wax, but Allison put me so at ease that I finally decided to try a Brazilian Bikini Wax. I am thrilled with the result. I will continue to reccomend this spa to everyone I know. It is a charming little place where customer service is clearly a top priority. Try it out...you will not regret it!

FABULOUS SPA! I stumbled upon this wonderful gem back in October and have been going monthly for facials and waxings ever since! My skin has NEVER looked better! Each month I receive more and more compliments about my glowing complexion! Allison is extremely knowledgeable and truly gifted at what she does...I have never had a better facial. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high quality experience!

Balance Day Spa does the BEST bikini waxing in White Plains! From the minute I arrived, I felt very comfortable at this spa. The space is very cozy. My waxer made a point of explaining that she would never double dip a stick while waxing me. The spa was VERY clean. My waxer was very thorough and she chatted with me throughout my waxing was which really helped to reduce my anxiety. I am so glad that I tried Balance Day Spa. I will definitely be back for all of my future waxing needs!

The ad was offering a discount on any one hour facial, so I decided to try it. What I found was a GREAT esthetician! I tried a Balance Facial with Allison. Originally, I was going to try a more expensive facial on the menu; however, Allison said that the less expensive Balance Facial was a good choice for my skin. She was very knowledgeable and informative. My facial was very relaxing and my skin was ABSOLUTELY GLOWING when she was done! The spa itself was adorable! I also liked that there was FREE parking in White Plains. My experience was very positive and I will definitely be returning to this spa.

BEST BRAZILIAN BIKINI WAXING IN WESTCHESTER! Clean, fast, no "double-dipping", as pain-free as a brazilian wax can be! The owner waxed me...she was really nice and put me at ease immediately. I can not wait to come back and try a facial here...I hear that they are GREAT too! Free parking in White Plains is an added bonus!

LOVED this spa! I had a really good waxing experience here. Everything was very clean and I felt very comfortable that my waxer knew what she was doing. The wax was one of the least painful brazilian waxings I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back here again. Good place!

Writing this review because a GREAT WAXER is hard to find! This is a reeeeaaalllly good spa to get waxed at! Found Balance Day Spa online. My experience was great! Very clean and hygenic...absolutely NO double-dipping! The owner (Allison) was really friendly and obviously knew what she was doing...and she was FAST! Great attention to detail too...I have NEVER had a more thorough waxing! Clean, knowledgable, experienced, fast, and thorough. I felt very comfortable at this spa. Also, the price was reasonable. Hope this review helps others find a great place to get waxed too!

I rarely give out a five star rating on a review, so when I came across Balance Day Spa online, and saw all of the 5-star ratings, I was intrigued. Was it possible that everyone who had reviewed this spa had been that happy? So I decided to book one of these "famous facials" that everyone was talking and yelping about. I am now a believer! I have to say that I have had facials in top spas all over the world, and this really was one of the best I have ever had! The attention to detail and the massage are simply unparalleled anywhere else that I have been in Westchester...and beleive me I have been to all of the so-called "best" places. I thought that I was getting great quality services before this, but now that I have experienced the best, I am not so sure. You must try the Balance Facial with Allison! This was a GREAT experience!!! Also, the place was absolutely adorable.

I had never even heard of this spa, until a friend gave me a gift certificate. I have to tell everyone...what a hidden gem!!! I had a facial with Allison that was hands down the best facial I have ever had! My skin was glowing for days afterwards...everyone was complimenting my complexion...even my husband! I will definitely be going back. Great facial and great customer service. Also, they use YonKa skin care, which is a long time favorite of mine and not always that easy to find. She had a great selection of YonKa available for purchase after my facial too, which was really nice to maintain my results at home. This is a MUST visit spa!

I had an excellent experience at Balance Day Spa. Allison offers amazing customer service from the minute you walk in the door. I got a facial when I visited the spa which Allison personalized to my skin needs and she incorporated a great deal of massage which was very relaxing. I look forward to going back some time soon.

Loved Balance Day Spa. Allison was amazing and gave me an awesome facial; it was worth every penny and was also a totally reasonable price. I loved the way that she explained each thing she was doing and why, and the products I got are wonderful. She set me up with a great regimen and my skin is looking much healthier! She also gave me the easiest most pain free waxing of my life. The spa itself is gorgeous and comfortable. As long as I can get to Balance Day Spa and see Allison, I won't go anywhere else. I highly reccomend it to others! If you go there, you will never want to go anywhere else!

Alison is fantastic: after a facial and waxing with her I will NEVER go anywhere else. I would reccommend everyone to go here, she really tailors her services to your personalized needs. Her prices were reasonable. I work in the area and she was able to fit me in.

I recently visited this spa and I had a fabulous experience! I had a Balance Facial and a bikini wax with Allison. This was probably the BEST facial I have ever had...her attention to detail was amazing and she used great products by YonKa. She also did a TON of massage and very thorough extractions. Normally I hate getting waxed, but I have never had a faster or more painless wax in my life. I would reccomend Allison to EVERYONE! Also, the space was beautiful...very French Country...crown mouldings, crystal chandeliers, wood floors. Overall a really great experience! I would definitely go back to this spa again!!!
