      Aikido Westchester NY follows in the lineage of Morihiro Saito, a top student of the founder of Aikido and one of the better martial artists on the world stage. We focus on defense against multiple attackers and weapons. Aikido is one of the few martial arts that teaches how to control an attacker rather than harm them right from the beginning - wonderful for kids as well as adults.
