I would highly recommend Koons White Marsh Chevrolet because that is the best dealership I have ever been to. They go out of their way to help you anyway they can. It starts when you first walk into their dealership, the customer service there is great. They make you feel right at home. The manager is great to work with and he will help you any way he can. It not only stops there when you take your car in for service their service people are great they keep you well informed of what is going on and will advise if there is some else that needs to be repaired or replaced. I just can't say enough about Koons White Marsh. So if shopping for a new or used car Koons is the place to go!!!

They stand behind their work and will do everything they can to satisfy the customer. Extremely useful for me has been the ability to drop my car off for service, be taken to work by their shuttle service, kept abreast of the service work during the day, and returned to Koons White Marsh by their shuttle to pick up my car.
