When I arrived at this restaurant at 6:45 on a Monday night in late June, the parking lot was so full I could hardly find a spot. I was worried that there would be a wait, but my online reservation got me instant seating. My fellow diners were raving about the food, and my lobster ravioli was superb. Death By Chocolate was a great choice for dessert, too. Service was quick, despite the crowd, and the servers were very personable and gracious

Rudy's Red Eye Grill is a lovely spot for lunch in White Bear Lake. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with attentive and friendly staff members. We had the sirloin steak salad with horseradish dressing and it was delicious. It has a nice variety of vegetables, the size of the steak was amazing and it was done to perfection. The horseradish dressing was unusual and tasty, just the right idea! What a value for $13.00. We'll definitely go back again.

I find that the White Bear Country Inn is one of the finest establishments for a wedding reception in the Twin Cities. The area is scenic, and the decor is just as warm and inviting as the smiles of the staff at WBCI. Sharina is one of the finest event coordinators and managers that I have had the privilege to work with. She has true passion for what she does, and it shows in the quality of the events that she manages. The staff is top notch, and very considerate and efficient in their services. The food is excellent, and the experience in general is wonderful for both the guests and the couple. We love the White Bear Country Inn, and highly recommend it to many of our clients.

They took our last minute reservations for Easter..service was great, buffet was delicious. Lot's of choices. Our server paid just the right amount of attention to our table. Wish I could remember her name, I did get a chance to tell the manager about her service. We are going back for Mother's day, and would highly recommend giving it a try.

This was my first time here and the food was wonderful! We were looking forward to eating on the roof but the weather did not permit it. Will definitely go back!

This was our first visit (5 others accompanying me). First let me say that Rebbeca (our waitress)made us all feel very welcomed. She was humorous and excellent at her job. Between the 6 of us we had 3 different entrees. All were delicious. Was my first time dining with you but will not be my last. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great atmosphere. Inside is warm and cozy on a winter day. Outside is great for relaxing.

Our first time at Rudy's. Lots of large groups and families with kids in our early-dinner time slot (not a surprise). We were seated immediately. Waitstaff and table staff energetically zipped around the room and serviced tables, but after getting seated, we felt like we were in a black hole. We couldn't catch anyone's eye. Others were seated, served drinks and even appetizers after our arrival. I was about to get up and tackle a waiter when the manager spotted us floundering and personally took our drink order. The meal went great after that, our waitress was attentive and quick. We had excellent prime rib and coconut shrimp. The manager also made a nice "service recovery" by buying us dessert. We'll be back.

As usual, great food at a great place. As it was Valentines day, I thought bringing a pocket full of "Andes Candies" might generate a few smiles from the staff that had to work that night instead of being out with their loved ones. The FIVE lovely young hostesses that greeted us on arrival seemed to really appreciate this. Your web site is one of best I have ever seen and you both e-mailed AND called the day before to confirm my reservation....very classy and reassuring for an important date night! **We got a great table**......sometimes things just DO work out for a guy! We have been there before and WILL be back.....AGAIN!!

Excellent food with good service and friendly personnel. I really enjoy their onion soup and return often to have some. Each person in our party of 4 tried something different and all felt the food was outstanding. This was our first visit when the place was full and the noise level was much higher than previous visits. They helped us celebrate a birthday

We have been to Rudy's several time's now and it is our go-to restaurant. It has a great atmosphere (although crowded, but it was New Year's Eve). The wait was a bit long, but the food and service is outstanding! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this restaurant!
