Great staff. Great secure facility. Excellent communication. My son has been to several daycares and this is by far my favorite. Downfalls: As with all daycares things are always crazy in the morning at drop off. Breakfast foods aren't always the healthiest options.

My daughter has been attending creative hands since she was 6 weeks old. The staff has always been very loving and caring, we think of them as a second family. They take great care of her, they send home daily progress notes, keep us informed on illnesses (cold, flu) that may be going around, and do fun learning activities daily! Everyone in this center knows my daughters name, as well as mine and my husbands. I feel very comfortable sending her there. They have certified teachers downstairs, and are in colaberation with Ohio County Schools. We looked at EVERY childcare in wheeling, and this by far, was the best. We like the small home atmosphere, and we love the caring staff! They have a gym and a great outside fenced in play yard!
My child has been at this daycare for two years and I couldn't be happier with this daycare setting. They take extra time everyday to make certain that they meet or exceed my child's needs. I can go to work and know that my child is well taken care of and I never fear for his safety or well being. My child was at a daycare previous to this one and I felt as though he wasn't being nurtured and he hated to go to the daycare...it was a struggle everyday. Since coming to Creative Hands, my child loves to go to "school" as he calls it, and he has learned more than I feel I could have taught him myself. I would recommend anyone to this daycare as it was a godsend to my family. I am expecting another child soon and my second child will be going to this daycare as well.

This daycare came off as such a great daycare from the beginning. Each infant would have their own bed, no other infant would be sleeping in. The Toddlers were in a seperate room from the infants, and each worker had a child care license to do the job. Quickly changed, I noticed at first that my son was getting fed cold bottles, any mother knows that a 7 month old should still have their bottles warmed. Then I noticed each day he was sleeping in different beds and was in the same room with the toddlers, which one day a little girl handed me his bink.. thanks for that. When a child was diagnosed with RSV, I was not notified until 2 weeks later when my child was diagnosed with RSV. The day I went to pick up early and walked in quietly and my son was doing a small happy squeal and one of the child care providers told my son to shut up was the day I pulled him out. Who in their right mind would tell a 7 month old baby to shut up??!!???
