Horrible - A simple oil change ended up costing me more than $500. 2 weeks after my oil change, noticed fluid on my garage floor. Took car to Audi where they told me whoever changed the oil did a poor job, used an incorrect plug, and the minimal oil remaining looked much older than 2 weeks. They refused to pay for damages and refused to share the owner's name. Kept telling me how experienced they are and that I should have brought the car back to them, (as if...) Avoid these guys - they don't stand behind their work.

I believe I experience dishonesty from this place and I have been a loyal customer for years, sad.



I have been going to this place to have my car detailed for years (when the

price was $69.99 for detailing currently $89.99) and may have the car detailed every 6 or 8 months. Usually they find my credit cards that may have fallen under the seat and place them in a bag (and they usually just say they put items without

saying details in the bags

and the bags are placed neatly in the trunk).



However, I had my car detailed last Friday before the long holiday weekend.

I had a credit card I could not find for months and suspected it may have fallen

in the cracks between the seat or under the seat. After they detailed the car,

the person said they found credit cards so I decided to check later when I got

home 15 miles away. The thing is, I drove straight off from the detail place

so the card could not have fallen out as I drove away.

When I got home, I did not see the credit card that I was looking for

when I removed the bags (they found one that I had already had replaced)

from the trunk but I did not think much of it as it may have been in the house and I was preparing and heading

somewhere for the long weekend. So I thought the card was still safe

somewhere (though I should have asked them if they found that particular

card when I did not notice it in the bag).

I assumed they are honest here?



I have not been back in the Wheaton area since last Friday and I just noticed

today (almost a week later) someone got gas at the Shell gas station right next

door to this car wash and used the card I could not find and was in question.

I have not been in the Wheaton area at all since I had

the car detailed and have been at home all day today since last night even.

I rarely get gas at Shells and I have not gotten gas at this Shell in

years... in other words, I did not stop in Shell the day I had the car

detailed and that was nearly a week ago. The Credit transaction took

place today.



So I am suspicious that someone at this car wash may have found my

credit card, pocketed it for almost a week and decided to (or have

someone else, a friend or some ring or what not) use it right

next door to this car wash.



I feel I cannot trust here anymore and I have since reported this stolen

card to my bank and to Shell for investigations or just to notify them.

I am very saddened by this

as this car detailing place is pretty reasonably priced and I do not think

they care they are losing a customer now and I have been quite loyal

and I feel really bad I gave a $5 tip now that someone has gotten $15

gas for free at my expense (until the credit is put back to my account).

Disappointed

I took my car there on suggestion of a co-worker. I paid for the silver wash, and what I got was anything but silver. The inside of my car looked exactly like it did when i took it in. When I called the office to complain the lady answering the phones seemed bothered. She then informed me to call the next day to speak to their manager, this was before she informed me, that "we don't clean the car we just wipe it down!" So what was the $16 dollars i paid for? obviously, not a car wash. Take your car some where else or do it yourself. It is not worth the money, they are not very professional and when customer service is very important they don't seem very concerned.

I had my car serviced at the lube center Wilson was honest and very helpful. I would defintely bring my cars back to them. Thanks!
