This place is the worst I've seen in Customer Service. They won't feed your cat what he/she is used to eating. The guy that works there is extremely rude. All he has to say is "pick up your cat by the last day paid for or I will call the Humane Society and have her put down." They don't care about their customers, only that they don't get stuck with someone's unwanted pet. He made my daughter-in-law cry. Needless to say, we picked up the cat the next day.

Maggie Flaten loves to be at Cat Cradle Cattery and is visably bored when she has to come home. She is so happy with the great food, the chance to interact with other cats and all the personal attention she gets from the owners. She rates them super off the charts and can't wait to go back for anothe visit.
