Don't ever hire this company! If I could rate them at zero stars, I would. And if I could add a photo of the terrible job they did, I would do that as well. My husband and I hired Arbor Tech LLC to come out and trim several large and beautiful trees in our back yard in Denver. A plan was agreed upon, including a written quote stating that the large spruce tree would retain it's lower branches which provided privacy between our patio and the home next door. When the job was halfway finished, Don, the owner of the company had cut all of the lower branches and more than half of the tree branches down, completely exposing the side of our yard to the house next door. The tree is butchered, no longer provides privacy and lost over 50 years of growth. There is no replacing a tree this size, which a landscape architect has stated is worth over $40,000. When I confronted Don on what happened, he made every excuse in the book, including blaming a new employee, which he failed to manage. In addition, he berated me, calling me "woman" and told me to "take the job and shove it where the sun doesn't shine." The job was so poorly done and his behavior was so appalling that I did not trust him to finish the job correctly and asked him to leave the job.
