Kyle was recommended to us by 2 of my coworkers... I'm so glad we listened! Our inspection was 7 hours long! He was inspecting it as if it was going to be his own house. He spent so much time inspecting every detail of the house and never looked at the time once. He explained everything to us - how things worked, how to take care of everything (furnace, etc.). He pointed out problems but also pointed out what was good. His report included photos and details that helped us decide what to ask the sellers to fix and what to fix ourselves. As the sellers fixed a major issue, Kyle kept visiting the house to approve the work being done - and was able to ensure that the work was being done properly. He takes his work very seriously and has your best interests in mind. There were no surprises upon moving in! The inspection process is THE MOST IMPORTANT part of purchasing your home and we are so happy Kyle was our inspector.

Benchmark (specifically Kyle Kubs) did an incredible job inspecting my house. He cut no corner, and found things that most inspectors would have just glossed over. Both Real Estate Agents said it was the longest inspection they had ever been to, and personally, I love that. When you're spending ALL YOUR MONEY on buying a place to live, you want that kind of a thorough inspection.. no surprises. In addition, he supplied us with instructions about all the different things in the house, such as our furnace, AC, boiler.. etc that will help us in the upkeep of our house for years to come. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND KYLE KUBS TO EVERYBODY!!

AMAZING!!! Kyle inspected our home in June 2010- he spent 9 hours inspecting every nook and cranny- He also explained the way everything worked from the heat, air etc...The report was very easy to understand and extremely thorough. This is the second house we have had inspected by Kyle. On both houses, he spent between 4 and 5 hours for the full inspection. In fact, on our most recent inspection from 2/20/10 we spent the first 1 and 1/2 hours just on the outside of the house without even setting foot inside.The seller remarked that when they did their inspection, their inspector didn't even go on the roof!! Kyle went everywhere, inspected everything, and then in the end provided a nearly 50 page report with pictures and descriptions of everything he explained during the day. This document allowed us to make an informed decision on what we wanted the sellers to take care of, vs what we could fix ourselves once we move in.I've never had a house inspected by anyone else - Kyle is the best. In fact, we've recommended him to friends and would recommend him to anyone we know who is buying a house. I've never met a more thorough or knowledgable person on all the aspects of a house.

The most thorough and unbiased home inspection I have ever seen. Didn't pander to the realtors one bit. Kyle knows his stuff like nobody else. The report was very detailed and easy to understand. I simply could not have felt more confident in going through with the purchase after such a meticulous inspection. I got another $5k knocked off the sale price after his report findings.
