Our first experience with The Clever Stitch was not a good one to say the least. The salesperson missed our first scheduled appointment, then once we chose our Window Treatments they installed them and we were not happy with the look as they did not seem the same as the samples we picked. After some back and fourth and a third visit from our salesperson we found the right window dressing for no extra charge from our original purchase. This really meant a lot to me because it showed me that The Clever Stitch puts a lot into their customer service. Thanks Carol, rocky at first but a strong follow through.

We were hesitant to call The Clever Stitch and figured what the heck, so we called. We were looking for new Mini Blinds to match our new floors that we had installed by a different company (sorry) a month back. After we made our selection we had new blinds 2 days later. Thanks you! You have a customer for life.

We just moved and wanted to order new window dressings. So we looked online at The Clever Stitch s selection and loved the real wood blinds we saw pictures of. One call and we had a salesperson out 4 days later and WALAH we had new blinds all over the house in time for our Stanley Cup party.
