Had an appointment for haircut today. Had been there a few times before. Checked in at the desk and said I knew where to go. Sat in their waiting room for nearly 20 minutes which I felt was long but it was a holiday weekend and felt they were late and busy. After 20 minutes, voicemail shows up on my phone from "Jack from Izzazu". Point of message was that since I was 20 minutes late, my stylist could not see me.!!!!! I did confront 'Jack" at the desk who apologized but I left very angry and will never return and tell anyone who asks, and those who don't ask, that this salon has the sloppiest front desk procedure I have ever endured. A few months ago, I showed up for an appointment I had made that never made it to the 'book'. Just not a place for service.
