Very nice experience. I went in looking for something for home defense. Wasn't real sure about what I wanted or needed. They spent a lot of time with me right down to the best ammo to use. I was surprised how much time they actually spent over a relatively small sale. About $350 total for a great little weatherby shot gun and ammo. Highly recommended.

I stop here pretty often, as its on my way home from work. Never had a bad experience, everyone is always very helpful. I've never experienced any rudeness. I will gladly continue to give them my business.

I regret going to this store. Sorry but not a good experience. Bought some old stuff and it would not work on the range. Bought ammo and was sold the wrong kind.

Ever sing person who works here is very rude and ready to show you up or insult you at every turn. I have been going in this store for quite some time only to pickup paper targets because it is very near my house and shooting range. I just want everyone to be clear on what jerks these guys are. Dont bother bringing in a trade because they will insult you with some rediculas low ball offer. when I say low like half of what any other shop will give you. Iv heard them insult coustomers who were literaly trying to buy 1500$ rifles lile it was no big deal. They will try to correct you at every chance possible. Dont waste your time. I strongly recomend Sportsmans supply on freeport rd. Or jon browns armory off 65 IN Rochester.
