I have seen Jenilyn's work and it's impressive. However, My first time ordering with them was NOT impressive. I gave a picture of exactly what I wanted. Paid $57 with delivery and did not get anything remotely close to what I asked for. Their only offer of resolution was to go pick up the arrangement and refund my money...Really? You would go take an arrangement away from a child who got it for her birthday? BAD BUSINESS. I wont be back and I will NOT recommend.

We ordered funeral flowers one day before funeral, Flowers failed to show up for viewing or funeral. Upon our inquiry, we learned the flowers were finally delivered the day following the funeral to the deceased's family. Jenilyn's offered to refund "delivery fee" and complained of their own expense to make a special home delivery. The other option they offered was for us to bring back the flowers given to our dead friend's loved one and they would refund the money. They also said that they didn't know who made the mistake... even though I gave them name, date, and funeral home information for the deceased.

Jenilyn's Creations is a lifesaver and does beautiful stunning arrangements. When a prom corsage ordered 2 weeks early from a different florist wasn't ready on-time, we called Jenilyn's. They made a special effort to come back to the shop to accommodate us and created the most stunning corsage and didn't even charge extra for the rush job (and it looked anything but rushed). It was a blessing in disguise that the other florist fell through! They will always have our business now! They even had other frantic calls while we were there and gave up their plans for the afternoon to try and salvage prom for all those who called and needed corsages and boutonnieres! I cannot say enough good things about them!
