My cable was working when I left for work today, a techniction came by to fix what he called ingress. I what like to say now I have no cable. When I call brighthouse they said we will send someone out between 12 & 2. I can't what to see what I loose now that I have called them. I have had brighthouse for 25 years. I would like to keep it, but for $209.00 a month I think I should start looking for a change.

You dropped the Ovation channel from your lineup a couple of years ago and I was devastated! I love that channel! Then I received info from Ovation re: a petition I had signed, stating that Ovation would be back in your lineup. I was elated until I discovered that Birmingham subscribers are receiving it, but apparently we in Wetumpka are not worthy! When I received the news that we are going digital with lots of new channels I thought surely I would get Ovation back, but alas i do not see it on my new channel lineup. BUT I DO SEE THAT YOU ARE GIVING US AT LEAST 10 NEW SPORTS CHANNELS! GOSH!, GEE!, I realize that sports lovers are a larger percentage of your viewing subscribers than those of my tastes, but cannot we of my ilk have just ONE itty bitty little channel that caters to our viewing preferences?

Pay for a package deal and they start taking away channels with no choice but to buy back that channel at a higher rate. Monopoly, raise rates and no better service. cable box goes down and they give you a refurbished box from another area that gets new boxes. Want to call them? Wait about 20 minutes and not get the answer you need. If they were not the only cable company in our area, I would change. If satalite could get my Playstation to work at a great speed I would go with them.

I have enjoyed bright house cable, phone, and Internet for the past three years. I am very pleased with my service and the all of my dealing have been very professional and prompt.
