The doctor and the office staff are all so nice, caring and personable. My kids love going to the doctor! The office is very clean, bright and kid friendly.I can't believe that for 5 years I used to drive all the way to Montgomery for my three children to see the pediatrician. In Montgomery I would have to wait 1-2 hours in the waiting room and another 45 mins to 1 hour in the exam room before being seen. It was always a 3-4 hour ordeal round trip. At Dr. Jim's office in less than 1 hour we are usually seen and back at home. Sometimes during the winter the wait can be over an hour but always less than 2 hours. We even have friends that drive all the way from Clanton to see Dr. Jim!
