In Nov, 2010, our daughter was arrested and had left her 3 children in our custody. Mr Bailey was very efficient and kind to all when getting our Temp. Custody order. He was there again in Jan. 2011; efficient but not as understanding to the mother who was using every excuse in the book to blame us for her demise. This time we rec'd the permanent custody. She has filed various motions, but most he has handled with a simple phone call or a short trip to the courthouse and we did not need to be present. He has always returned my calls even if it was 8 p.m. He has been there and talked me thru trying times when she was causing multiple problems in all our lives. We are in a current battle with her where she is asking got custody back. I can say, I may be concerned, but I am not worried. Mr Bailey will handle it quickly and get our family back to normal shortly
