Provided by YP.comWent to motor vehicles in wethersfield. It was on Tuesday dec. 7th. First of all there was plenty of parking . Went to second floor for a ct. license renewal. The time was 9:05 in the morning. Got a ticket & sat to wait for my number to be called. It was called pretty quickly. I went to the counter, gave the girl the information she needed, and then paid the fee. She told me to seat near camera area & they would call me. I did so and they called me right away. The girl took my picture and I waited for a few minutes. They then called me when picture was ready. As I was walking out I checked my watch . It was 9:15. I couldn't believe it. I could have said all this in two sentences but they required 100 words.

Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service. I went to reschedule a driving test and got to deal with a very angry, hostile and totally unprofessional Becky R, She wouldn't let me take my phone out to access my calendar. When I tried to write down the new date on a piece of paper, she kept hollering that she would print the new date for me and I shouldn't write anything down. When it was time to pay the fee, she grabbed the money out of my hands. Unbelievable. People like Becky R. should not work in customer service.

Provided by YP.comI made an appointment 4 months ago to take my written test because while in the Air Force my license expired and when I go out never really paid attention until I was pulled over and found my license had expired two years ago. When I went to renew I was informed that because of the length of time I would have to take the written test again to obtain an adult permit and then could take the road test. I scheduled the appointment online and used my work email address. I have since changed jobs and while trying to find out what day exactly the test was on it would not let me access that information. I called the DMV and waited on hold for more than a half of an hour only to get an operator who did not seem to understand English as I explained I didn't have my pin nor did I have the same email address but offered my SS# CTDL number, birthdate and she is unable to access that because apparently the only system she is running on is the same system that is available to the public so what does she even have a job for. Not to mention they allow someone who ax questions and probably brushes her teefs to actually represent them and speak to the public. Governor Malloy has completely destroyed our DMV. This is not the DMV it used to be. One that actually was able to utilize resources provided in order to help the public. Apparently though I can go into the DMV to get this information. Why would they have access and yet "customer service" wouldn't. Glad my tax dollars are hard at work.
I give them negative 5 stars!
