I have purchased several bicycles there, from kids bikes to high end road and mountain bikes over the past 5 years. Mark and Allen really know what they are doing and their staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of parts and clothing too, and if they don't have something you want in the store, they can usually get it in a couple of days. You can't beat them in sales or service.

Mark at Westwood Cycles is amazing I bought my first bike there I was 9 years old (or my parents did for me) in 1986! A GT Performer in Green. (25 years later)... I went back to pick up my daugther's first bike. (she's 8 years old) and Mark remembered me is that insane. I heard a lot about Westwood Cycle, and now I know why. Mark and Allen spent the time to educate me without the pressure of needing to buy on the spot. I tried going to Campmor, but their staff tends to be too busy talking to one another. I'm definitely going back in the Spring for a bike!
