This agency does not follow their philosophy. They make it look good at first, however, if the families are not closely involved with the residents they are treated poorly. They place people as it suits their needs not the needs of the residents they care for. Most residents become more dependent on staff involvement rather than becoming independent in their daily living due to the structure of the agency. This company creates a hostile environment for staff which is not in the best interest for the clients. There is limited staff at sites a lot of times which does not give residents the opportunity to do a lot of community outings or have one on one time. I would never leave my loved one in their hands stick with the non profit agencies who give better care due to them focusing on their residents not on how they can make the most profit off of these individuals.
