Westport Appraisal Service, based in Westport, Washington is a leading provider of real estate valuations covering both Grays Harbor & Pacific Counties including towns of: * Aberdeen * Hoquiam * Elma * Montesano * McCleary * Ocean Shores * Raymond * South Bend & the Long Beach Peninsula * Specializing in complex appraisals including river, view, rural and high end ocean front properties Our goal is to provide professional quality work using the latest technologies delivered in a prompt and courteous manner. The main focus of our assignment is client driven, maintaining strict confidentiality. We make every effort to communicate inspection times, fees and to answer all questions. Westport Appraisal Service offers larger than typical reports due to all supportive data expertly supplied together with all adjustments quantified and thoroughly explained. All reports are delivered in a timely professional manner in PDF format USPAP compliant together with all descriptive photographs in accordance with nationally recognized appraisal guidelines. Turnaround Time: We treat all appraisals as rush orders and turnaround time depends on location, scope of project and complexity. Many assignments require additional drive time and comps are not usually within one mile; especially in Pacific County, where only 7 incorporated communities exist but still promise a finished report typically within 48 hours of the home inspection.
