Our investment banking services include arranging financing through private placements of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisition transactions and business advisory services for a broad range of business sectors. Our transactions typically range from $5 million to $250 million for both public and private middle market and growth companies. Our location gives us ready access to the money centers of New York and Boston, enabling our firm to serve clients nationwide and particularly in the Northeast. Our investment bankers have a wealth of experience in a broad range of industries and all have years of experience as senior executives with major investment banks, private equity firms and/or operating companies. This variety of backgrounds and depth of experience strengthens our investment banking capabilities. Furthermore, as a client you will benefit from the first class execution of proven senior professionals we do not use "junior associates" on engagements without the high overhead and excessive fees of Wall Street investment bankers. As a small but disciplined investment bank, Westbury has the flexibility to take on challenging assignments, often involving complex "stories". We can be flexible in the terms of our engagements, including fee structures, based on the nature of the transaction and the resources of the client.
