We always offer a Senior citizen discount, and have a referral program because we appreciate and reward our loyal customers. ** If you are interested in purchasing a delapidated home for your primary residence, or as an income property to "flip,"or rent, we can assist you with a bid for the completed project. We proudly have rehabilitated and manage 13 local homes for a property rental company out of Columbus, Ohio.
