We will not be bringing our child here. Just based on the phone call I would believe all these reviews. These aren't people making up lies. The person who answered the phone was rude and took zero interest in what we had to say. We are very informed parents so when the owner comes on here and tries to respond the person on the phone was rude wouldn't even listen to what we are going through or what we have already done. When we explained based on this conversation I don't think this will work out he replied with "good". Great customer service. I will make sure to post this on every website after being treated that way when trying to find help for my daughter

If I could give lower than a one-star rating, I WOULD. This is a concerned client warning other hopeful, special needs parents taking their nonverbal, toddler to this place so that someday he/she might overcome speech- language delay and start talking. When these people say, "they can make your child talk", they mean it...they can and will do it by ANY MEANS necessary enlisting assistance of adolescents who have no knowledge of therapeutic massage of speech generation techniques such as PROMT therapy TO physically, painfully RESTRAIN RUNNY TODDLERS, coercing your child to move the mouth while your little one may be screaming in fright and pain BEING man-handled. The icing on the cake is you as a parent MUST and SHOULD only watch, but never dare ask what is going on with your child or why the bawling or if any gentler, kinder treatment is possible. If you did...you will be vilified, labeled as having personality problems, even called "bipolar"!! Do Consider Duly Warned. Good Luck.
