Bus drivers leaving St.Mary's in Downers Grove have no respect for speed limits or child safety, they drive way too fast in a 25mph zone during school hours. These drivers must all be ex-NASCAR drivers, only a matter of time before they hurt or kill somebody.

I called to find out about what services they provide because I was looking for transportation for my kids after school, and my son said his friend rides on First Student. The person who answered the phone and the person she forwarded the call to both had horrible phone etiquette and poor customer service. I'm not sure what sort of company this is, but regardless of whether they could provide the service I needed or not, they certainly made it an unpleasant conversation. Having them respond to my inquiry was tantamount to having them passing a kidney stone.
