To clarify the insident below,Customer got a new smart phone valued 199.99 for switching. The process was going to take some time to complete and i let the customer know that in a few hours all she needed to do is turn on the phone and it would activate on its own. This was a lady with two daughters in their 20's who had no intention of knowing or helping their mother. I explained everything and made sure she understood the charges and plan. We charge an activation fee and the first month. The phone was free. Some time later a guy calling the store being so rude and cursing at me yelling he had no service. I explained to him the process i had explain to his mom. He didnt even let me talk and said he was going to come in to get it fixed. By the way he was yelling and treating me i felt threatened and told him he couldnt come in here like that. I would gladly talk to his mom since thats who i sold the phone to and she was calm and understanding. I called to check the status of the port and the representative tells me the CUSTOMER called in to cancel the process and to get a new number. He was trying to commit fraud with the phone. I called his mom and told her that they cancelled the process and needed to bring back the phone to get refunded but the guy cursing and yelling was not allowed here unless he was civilized. The next day the lady came in with one of the daughters and i explained everything to the lady when her daughter starts yelling and offending me and told her if she couldnt stop she needed to leave i was talking to her mother about how they were the ones who cancelled everything and that was now a fraudulent action. We returned the money for the monthly payment which was not made since THEY cancelled the process, if the phone was free there was no money to give to them for the phone, activation we did as well if they cancelled it to do something else with the phone thats not my fault. They got their money back for what we DID NOT DO which was the monthly payment. I kept calm and treated them with respect at all times even when they would call me every name they could. Im sorry if your scam did not work but i am just doing my job and don't appreciate people insulting me for something i didnt do. I did exactly was i was supposed to.
