I love the cow! They have so many flavor choices and I've never dealt with any unpleasantness from any employee there. I love their devils food cake Gelato with chocolate soft serve! So good!

The pumpkin pie snowshake is delicious! The vanilla custard is great too! Love it

The workers here are terrible. Called at 10:00 to see what time they closed on a Saturday and they told us 11:00. Drive over and it is 10:15 to only find out that they only take cash. We then tell them we'll be right back and go across the street to the atm. When we returned it was 10:25 and they turned the lights off and quickly closed up as we were walking back. When we got to the window they said they never told us they were open until 11:00 and that they couldn't serve us. Don't worry, they'll never have to "serve us."

No way would I ever buy another item just so I could put some of what I already bought into a seperate cup. Maybe what should happened was you took your milkshake home and then seperated it for your daughter. Or asked for 2 straws...or let her sip out of the cup every so often while you enjoyed it - its called sharing. Not the brighest bulb in the sky huh?

I love the cow! They have a ton of flavors. The staff is always nice! And I get that they don't give away cups, nobody else gives anything away for free!

i don't know how you can go wrong with ice cream, but this place does it. forget the product - i took my daughter there to get a milkshake. when i asked for an extra cup to pour half of it into (my daughter is 4 and i didn't want her to drink the entire thing) the owner said "no. we don't do that. we're not getting into the extra cup thing". i was shocked and said "ok, can i have water then?" NO. "can i buy a cup, then?". you guess it - NO!!! i ended up buying a small gelato, throwing it in the trash and then pouring half of the shake into the empty cup. then i tried to talk to the owner and he went on and on about not selling cups and having to pay his rent! this business won't last long if the guy cares more about making his customers buy extra items and be displeased than he does about letting them have an eight cent cup. COME ON.

I had my first cone last night and it was GREAT! I would recommend The COW.....
