Awesome company, came out to fix a frozen pipe, in the middle of the night. I will use this plumber in the future.

Plumber was called out to replace a pump as an emergency. Charged us $1100 for a 1HP stay right pump plus $500 in labor and more for miscellaneous parts. Researched the type of pump, and found it available locally for less than $400. Pump stopped working again 3 months later. Had a different plumber pull the pump. Two major problems were discovered. ONE, Pittinger had installed a 3/4 HP pump vice the 1HP pump he had charged us for. TWO, the wire had not been properly attached to the well or the pump, which was likely the cause of the original problem, meaning we never needed a pump in the first place. Finally, he had offered to replace our diagram tank for $800. I purchased the tank at Home Depot for less than $200, and installed it in 30 min. This plumber is completely dishonest and provides sub-par service. I highly recommend finding a different plumber.

I bought a battery backup sump pump in case my main one stopped working in November 2009. I paid $800.00 for the unit. In November of this year my main sump pump burned out and the backup didn't come on. When I called the plumber out, he said it was because he didn't add water to it. He added water and said the unit was charging. Unfortunately it is December and the unit is still charging. I'm going to have to replace it. I would not recommend this plumber.

be careful with this plumber, overcharges, he uses second hand material, he will give you double talk to cover his mistatakes watch out for him!!!!!!
