      Dr. Mendoza earned his medical degree from Southwestern University School of Medicine in the Philippines. During his studies, Dr. Mendoza was an Asklepian Scholar, an honor awarded to the top three students in the fields of medicine and surgery. He completed his residency at Prince George's Hospital in Cheverly, Maryland. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
