My wife and I have been purchsing from Mercer's since we bought our first home. I would never purchase from anywhere else. The sales staff is knowledgable and very friendly and the installers always have done beautiful work.

I would never use this company. They carpeted two of my bedrooms and there are more than 5 seams showing in the largest bedroom, and they did not have enough carpet to finish one of the closets. The carpet installer told me that they only ordered carpet for the exact measurements. Carpet is already coming up from where it stops at the bathroom entrance because the installer didn't have enough to properly install it. The padding underneath is very thin, and I bought the best, suppossedly. I wish I had done more research before hiring this company. Now, I'm just trying to warn other people and perhaps Mercer won't treat other customers the way they treated me.
