FIND ANOTHER PHARMACIST. First time had an issue because I wanted a price on the prescription. Person taking the order over the phone already received via fax and she had difficulty putting it in her system and said my insurance was denying it and it would cost $200! I told her that was ridiculous and then she played around with the system in order to get my insurance to take it for a cost to me of $25. Called two days before I needed it and entered my information in the telephone system and it indicated that my prescription would be ready by 3:00. Husband went in to pick up and they couldn't find it. Then informed my husband that compounds are not refilled on the day requested. My husband asked "How are we supposed to know that?" It was finally decided that we would pick it up the next day. Came the next day and the pharmacist said, "I just didn't have time to make it." as we watched people coming and picking up. Then told us to come back in 20 minutes.
