TAB Boards International, established in 1990, is a peer advisory board for company presidents, CEOs, owners and managing partners of privately owned businesses. The boards consist of up to 10 members meeting monthly under the guidance of a TAB-certified facilitator/coach. Board members receive monthly one-on-one private coaching sessions from their facilitator/coach. The result is no-holds-barred feedback and sounding board for movers and shakers promoting best business practices. The Alternative Board facilitates a monthly peer advisory board, populated by small business owners, presidents and CEOs who run non-competing businesses. Members gather monthly to share experience and solve business challenges to grow their companies to the next level. More than 200 TAB-certified facilitators/coaches conduct board meetings each month throughout the United States, Canada and South America. Since its launch, thousands of small, medium and large businesses have benefited from the TAB process. In 1994, TAB moved its home base to Denver.
