Our second G37 from OC Infiniti. Sales Associate Neil Sorenson was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Finance Manager Matthew Klein made the paperwork easy and fast. He was also so friendly and easy to talk with. Our experience was great. We recommend them and will get our next vehicle at OC Infiniti. The new facilities are very nice.

My experience with OC Infiniti over the past several years has been excellent. Appointments are easy to make online or by phone and once I get there my car is taken care of as promised and the few if any issues I have are handled. This past visit Kris Karr helped me and she did an outstanding job. She was friendly and professional and took care of my FX as promised.

Simply, if you're not speaking to this dealership about your next purchase of an Infiniti product, you should seriously consider doing so before going elsewhere. When we buy a vehcile, we always want to make sure the service department is working to a standard of excellence we expect. I have been purchasing Infiniti products for 9 years and even though Inifinti strives to maintain stellar service, this dealership sets the standard and raises the bar. Visit this dealership soon if you are looking, and more so, please meet Temo Hernandez. He is my primary service manager and there are not enough words to decribe just how stellar he is.
