THE WORST!!!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO SELL GOLD... The service at this location was the worst I have encountered for many years. The middle aged red face woman at the counter should NOT be in any customer service capacity. If she is an employee she should be fired if she was an owner you are responsible for the bad reviews and bad business conducted at this location. I do not know if she tried to cheat me on the price of the gold i would not have sold it to her at ANY PRICE.

They told me my gold chain was 10k when it actually was 18k. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!
