Our daughter had her wedding at Joy manor on May 25th. Everyone who we encountered there was fantastic! Always willing to go out of their way to be sure we had what we wanted to make it a perfect day for our daughter and her new husband. Joy Manor delivered on all levels- the dcor, the service, the food, the personnel (Chris, Debbie, Patti and Donna). We thank you so much!! So many of our guests commented that " it was the best wedding they had been to in a very long time; plus, the food, hall and decorations were gorgeous too". Again, thanks to all of you for making the day so special.

I was not pleased with this venue and would NEVER work with them again! After my party I asked for my security deposit back b/c I didn't go over my count and the room wasn't damaged. They refused to give it to me b/c they claim a crystal centerpiece was missing. They have security cameras but nothing shows that anyone from my party took anything! So they accused my party of STEALING when they have no proof and have STOLEN from me because they refuse to give me back my security deposit! We had a small party in their lower level banquet room. The room was fine but we later found out that there was NO SOUND SYSTEM! I didn't need a DJ but I wanted a mic so I had to rent 1 separately for $75! The food was ok but they didn't comply with my menu request. I ordered a Mostaccioli without meat-just sauce. It DID have meat so 3 vegens only were able to eat salad. The owner told me I should have specified the number of vegens before the party instead of just doing what I asked in the 1st place.
