      What a workout!!

      Ok, how great is it to exercise with a personal trainer and without the noise and crowd of a health club around getting in the way!! My workouts at this gym are demanding but overall is great exercise and a killer workout. The facility is top notch and I can't say enough positives on the friendly and qualified people at Ultimate Performance and Fitness in Westlake Village,CA.
