The Ryding Company is involved in designing, implementing and administering pension and profit-sharing plans for small and large business owners. In operation since 1975, the firm was earlier known as Truong-Ryding Company Inc. Based in Westlake Village, Calif., their services include consultation and administration of plan design, retirement plans, money purchase plans, plan audits, testing and plan terminations, to name a few. A Third Party Administrator, The Ryding Company also offers a Pension Portal for plan sponsors and financial advisors.
