Chris my service guy was extremely helpful - ordering parts beforehand, setting up a courtesy car, and making sure my discount was applied to the huge bill. He also made sure I got my car at the promised time, as I had some pretty important commitments that I couldn't be late for.Car was nicely vacuumed and had a quick exterior wash. The rims had a few dirty spots, but it's really hard to clean rims thoroughly without some dedication and time - so no rating dings for that one.Like at most service shops, Rusnak has an Enterprise Rent a Car desk on location. Jacqueline at Enterprise was awesome. Got me into a Cayenne, which was a nice surprise, and took care of all the paper work without a hitch.

Steve, Rene' and Manager Sam do a great job in the service department. They take the time to remember your name and your car. No issues at all with their level of service. You get what you pay for. Nice new location too. Kudos.
